Our client is an award winning western restaurant with similar concepts in overseas.
• Accountable for food cost management and minimize wastage's.
• Manage an efficient kitchen operation, whilst maintaining effective employee relations.
• Ensure that operations team adhere to sanitation, food safety and hygiene standards.
• Scheduling of roster of team members.
• Provide on-the-job training for kitchen staff.
• Min. 5 years of experience in western cuisine and in a supervisor position.
• Able to converse and write in English.
• Good ability and willingness to learn.
• Willing and able to assist working for long and on weekends and also public holidays.
• Salary up to 3.5K.
This is a Franchise company. There will be a training of which will be provided by Franchiso training company.
