Our client is a leading systems provider in the commercial and government industry. Their expertise ranges from consultancy to design and to implementation.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for helpdesk processes such as Incident , issues and change management.

Job Requirements:

1. Min. Diploma in IT or equivalent with helpdesk support experience.
2. MS Office knowledge.
3. Trainings will be provided.
4. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
5. Able to commit day shift and work on Public Holidays and weekend.
6. Salary is up to S$2K.
