Our client is a leading systems provider in the commercial and government industry. Their expertise ranges from consultancy to design and to implementation.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for helpdesk processes such as Incident, issues and change management.
2. With basic knowledge of installation of systems, upgrade and repairs software and hardware.
3. Good knowledge on DHCP, file/print services, registry modification, VB scripting, and use of other desktop tools.
4. Ability to handle level 2 support.

Job Requirements:

1. Min. ITE in IT or equivalent with helpdesk support experience.
2. MS Office knowledge, IT networking of TCP/IP internetworking fundamentals, windows desktop, OS, MS office suite and email-support.
3. Training will be provided.
4. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
5. Able to commit day shift and work on Public Holidays and weekend.
6. Salary is up to S$2.4K
